At Colognes, we want you to find your perfect signature scent; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your fragrance in its original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Fragrance

  Carefully place the item in its original brand box and secure it within a sturdy shipping carton to prevent leakage or breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the seal of the product, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
